How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship within 2 business days.  Embroidery and some custom orders can take up to 7 business days to complete.  Processing time may be longer during the holiday season as we are processing more orders around this time.  

 

Can I return my product?

We always strive to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. However, due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Check here to see all the details. 


Can I get my product personalized?

The short answer is YES!  Contact us at monogramsonmain.nac@gmail.com with a detailed description of what exactly you are wanting and description of material.  We will discuss with you details and whether or not we can process your order.  You will be responsible for shipping both ways.  AND as mentioned above, embroidered items cannot be unsewn once completed so please make sure you pay attention to detail when filling out order form.
