Monograms on Main ships orders Tuesday – Friday using the USPS. WE CHARGE FLAT RATE S&H OF
$9.99 ALWAYS!
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment email, along with your tracking number.
Orders placed on Saturday - Monday will not be picked up until Tuesday, however, you will still receive an email that your order has shipped and tracking info.
RETURNS
WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. EXCHANGE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT, WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT TO THE EMAIL PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT IN A GIFT CARD FORM THAT CAN BE USED ONLINE OR IN STORE.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Personalized or customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange. If it is a printed item, the design cannot be removed. If it's an embroidered item, once we stitch an item, it cannot be undone. Therefore, that item is no longer able to be used. We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size or you don't like the color thread you chose. If there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to fix it or offer a refund. If we have made a mistake, please contact us ASAP. Your item will only be remade/refunded if you have contacted us within 5 days of receiving your item.
With this being said, PLEASE follow all directions when placing an order and double check that everything is correct. :)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Finally, only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. All sale items are FINAL.
